—I heard you bought a car this summer. Where do you usually go?
I usually spend my time listening to music at coffee shops or having a drink with friends, but since I started driving, I’ve been taking more road trips. Just recently, I drove out to the Oshino Hakkai spring pools in Yamanashi. The water was crystal clear and absolutely beautiful—I felt completely rejuvenated by nature.

—If you were to drive a Land Cruiser, who would you want to take with you?
In my mind, the Land Cruiser is the kind of car you’d want to drive with your family rather than just your girlfriend. Someday, I’d like to take my wife and kids for a ride and explore all sorts of places. That said, I’m more of an indoor person—I don’t go fishing or camping (laughs).
-How was the design and comfort of the LAND CRUISER OFFICIAL ITEMS clothing?
No need to sugarcoat it! The Land Cruiser logo is super cool. For the outfit, I paired a vintage GAP down vest with a Uniqlo shirt and vintage Ralph Lauren pants. Since the Coach jacket was black and had a pretty simple design, I thought I’d go all-pink to really make a statement.
