When it comes to the distinct character of Yotsuya, it’s a neighborhood where a mature culture has taken root—home to Arakicho, a destination for industry professionals from Kawada-cho (where Fuji TV was once located) and Wakaba-cho (where Bunka Broadcasting used to be).
