Doublet’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection, “Itadakimasu,” goes on sale starting Saturday, February 14.
This collection embodies the spirit of gratitude and respect inherent in the Japanese pre-meal greeting "Itadakimasu," transforming it into a new fashion ethos. It features a range of unique pieces crafted from recycled materials—such as discarded fishing nets—as well as game meat and fish leather.
This collection reflects designer Ino’s approach to craftsmanship, which takes into account the value and sustainability of primary industries that nurture food and life.
Ahead of the collection launch, a pop-up store will open at Isetan Shinjuku on Wednesday, February 11 (a national holiday). In addition to the full collection lineup, the store will also feature one-of-a-kind bags and the Isetan Shinjuku-exclusive “I LOVE BENTO T-SHIRT.”
