Hoodmart is a souvenir shop that has been appearing and disappearing from the scene, and is a lifestyle provider of Japanese “nerd” culture through a variety of toys and sundries.
We have been following the store owner's energetic activities, such as his unique selection of items, which are covered with his eccentricity, and the birth of his original character "macochan," and now, for the first time since its establishment, the store will hold its own pop-up store.
The pop-up features a variety of toys, vintage clothing, key chains, and sundries selected especially for the event, as well as a lineup of "Hoodmart"-style items such as "macochan" and "Hoody" goods.
The most noteworthy item is the original wear, which is being unveiled for the first time. As the words "Hoodwear" and "wear" suggest, the concept of the original wear is based on nostalgic local clothes, such as the clothes that were sleeping in the closet when you went back to your parents' house after a long time, or the clothes that "somehow feel right now" when you try them on for the first time in several years. It seems to be based on the concept of nostalgic local clothes.
The event will last for four days, from Saturday, March 7 to Tuesday, March 10.
Enjoy the unprecedented luxury of an entire storefront at Hood Mart.
