Just a 30-second walk from Hatagaya Station, “loom”—a casual bar where you can enjoy natural wines, craft beers, and spicy dishes like tacos and biryani in a cozy, wood-paneled space—is celebrating its second anniversary.
To commemorate this, we will be holding a solo exhibition by illustrator Hikaru Matsubara titled “ups&downs” for three days, from Friday, June 19, to Sunday, June 21. The theme is “Hide & Seek,” inspired by the name of “loom’s” original beer.
Apparently, there’s a hidden silhouette upside down somewhere in the painting, so you can have fun trying to figure out what’s hidden. To celebrate the second anniversary, the number “2” has also been incorporated into the artwork as a keyword, so be sure to look for it.
Cushion Cover (Cover only) ¥5,500
Beer Glass ¥3,500
Handkerchief & Bib ¥1,500
The exhibition will also feature limited-edition merchandise (beer glasses, bibs, and cushion covers) featuring original artwork by Hikaru Matsubara.
Our original beer, "Hide&Seek," is also available in a special edition.
An opening party is scheduled to take place on Friday, June 19, starting at 6:00 p.m.
As part of a special joint campaign to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, we’ll be launching the second installment of our original craft beer series in collaboration with “Hobo Brewery,” so be sure to stop by the store.
