If you’re looking to take a break underground in Ginza, Savour has opened a pop-up shop for just this summer.

A Western-style pastry shop brought to you by 〈YAECA〉, “SAVEUR".

Named after the French word for “flavor,” this shop is based on the concept of “the local pastry shop that lives in everyone’s memories” and offers a selection of sweets with a nostalgic and simple taste.

And this summer, a pop-up shop called “SAVEUR COMPTOIR” has opened at “P COFFEE,” located in a corner of the Nishi-Ginza Parking Lot.

Ice cream sandwiches made with "Savour" galettes have been added to the menu, and the Gâteau à la Crème is now available in a new size.

There's also a dining area, so be sure to stop by and cool off while you're exploring Ginza.
