We've received an announcement from regarding the launch of their Fall/Winter 2026 collection.
The theme of this collection is “Perfect Day.”A presentation held in Paris this JanuaryEach room represents a city associated with *The Bauls*—New York, Kyoto, Paris, and Los Angeles. We depicted the daily lives of young people in each of these four locations, which, despite being the same time, are separated by time zones.
As always, the foundation of our clothing design is the philosophy of “Shu-Ha-Ri.” This concept involves mastering the basics, then breaking the rules to create new forms.
The new collection features the brand’s signature unpretentious casual wear, interwoven with traditional pieces such as double-breasted suits and stand-collar coats.
The soft shades typical of the fall and winter season—such as moss green, burgundy, and deep purple—make a striking impression. The pops of color, like marigold and ice blue, provide a nice accent.
The nostalgic, painterly graphics—such as rural landscapes and tulips painted by the Dutch artist France Everberg—are also eye-catching.
If you’d like to be among the first to check these out in person, head to Men’s Creators on the 6th floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Men’s Building. A pop-up store for *Bawls* will be open from Wednesday, August 12, through Tuesday, August 18.
I hear that this event will also feature interior goods from “WAKA WAKA,” an LA-based design studio run by Shinichiro Okuda, with whom they’ve collaborated in the past.
Come see the *Bawuls* collection for yourself—you’ll appreciate the quality of the craftsmanship the moment you pick up a piece.
