October has brought an end to the long spell of rain, and we’ve been enjoying a string of pleasant, sunny autumn days. Why not check out one of these events this weekend?
."Azabudai Hills"Tunnel," an ultra-compact shop with a capacity of three people, will be open for three weeks in Central Plaza.
The exhibitors are the three representatives from various fields shown here.
Ise-Kasuga (region around Osaka Prefecture)
In 2014, he founded the art gallery “VOILLD.” He has organized numerous exhibitions and projects. He is the organizer of “TOKYO ART BAZAAR,” an art event featuring a total of 50 artists and creators. His activities span a wide range of fields, including artist management, advertising production, and corporate collaborations.
Tsubasa Ooyagi
In 2002, he joined Hakuhodo. In 2013, he co-founded SIX. He has worked on creative projects for clients such as Mori Building, Hermès, and Google, and has won numerous international advertising awards, including the Cannes Lions. He lives in a house designed by Ryue Nishizawa and collects beautiful objects—ranging from contemporary art to antique art—that transcend eras and genres.
Keiji Kaneko
After working as a buyer for men’s fashion at “Edifice,” he launched “Leshop” in 2015. In addition to running 〈Founder〉 and “Boutique,” he is currently involved in product planning for brands such as 〈Filson〉, 〈Outdoor Products〉, and 〈Levi’s〉.
Throughout the event, each vendor will sell and display wonderful items they’ve selected based on the theme of each week. Why not take this opportunity to encounter a variety of ideas and cultures, and enjoy some time reading, shopping, and experiencing new things?
