Many of the basics of Japanese casual fashion are inspired by American items: T-shirts, sweatshirts, jeans, chinos, the list goes on and on.
When I saw the collaboration between "Schott" and "WILD THINGS," which will go on sale on April 29 (Friday), I thought that items from American brands are great for everyday use.
The collaboration between the two American brands has produced a lineup of casual wear for the current era that can be used both in the city and in the outdoors.
A total of four items will be released. All of them are made of supplex nylon, which is not only water-repellent and quick-drying, but also wrinkle-resistant, lightweight, and strong. They can be worn casually in any weather and in any situation, and they look great.
SAKOSHOT × WILD THINGS Sakosh ¥5,500
They all have a relaxed silhouette, are airy, and have pockets for storage, making them ideal for the coming season when you don't need to wear outerwear. In summer, you'll probably be empty-handed.
The size of the pockets is well thought out, and the use of 's original parachute buttons shows a firm commitment to the product. Since we live in an age where smartphones are indispensable, it is also nice to see a device that prevents them from falling out.
Clothes that are quick and easy to put on and can go anywhere are the ones that we tend to wear frequently. We will probably be playing by the water in the coming season, and camping, which is currently in vogue, will also be in high season. It's time to go with the American way.
