I sometimes tear the clothes I buy right off the rack. I try them on, walk around in them, and if I don't feel comfortable in them, I just make them fit my lifestyle. This is because I want to dance in a state where I and my clothes “get along”. What impressed me about Margaret Howell's clothes is that I can feel as if I am not wearing them. The skirts I love to wear are easy to move in so that I can dance at any time, yet the silhouette is feminine. Clothes that are both beautiful and easy to move in are ideal for me. (Koharu Sugawara)

I don't choose clothes by brand name, but I do pay special attention to Margaret Howell. I first encountered Margaret Howell when a photographer said to me, "You're an actor, why don't you dress a little better? I was told by a photographer, "Since you are an actor, why don't you dress a little more neatly? The collared shirts I usually wear do not stretch at the edges when I put something in the breast pocket, so there is no stress at all. Moreover, the more I wear it, the more it becomes nice and crisp. The Margaret Howell brand is good at making you feel comfortable with its clothes. (Daisuke Kuroda)
