A hotel "for the town" that does not specialize in lodging.

The "Mustard Hotel" complex within the "Shibuya Bridge" is located near the New South Exit of Shibuya Station, not far from the hustle and bustle of the city. For those who enjoy Shibuya for music, fashion, food, or any other purpose, this hotel offers an experience that goes above and beyond the inns that abound in the city.

The four of us were having fun in Shibuya as usual. We drank until late at a familiar izakaya, and then split up. This is the usual flow of events, but we suddenly decided to stay at the newly opened "Mustard Hotel" since we were in the immediate vicinity. Upon arrival, the four of us were greeted by brilliant yellow signage. . It is the key color of the Mustard Hotel.

Check in immediately! The concierge-staffed counter looks casual, like a modern update of a Showa-era ticket booth.

From breakfast to bar time . A restaurant that can be used in any way you like.

After checking in, the four of us went straight to "Megan - bar & patisserie" on the first floor of the hotel, as if to say, "First, let's eat! and went straight to "Megan - bar & patisserie" on the first floor of the hotel.

A hub where real Tokyo culture flies in and out.

The four of us were completely satisfied with the good food and music. . We went to the lounge space on the 7th floor to sober up. When Shannon came back from a walk outside at ......, she had a large amount of alcohol in her hand! So, again, cheers~! The party continues: the lounge space on the 7th floor is open to everyone, and you are free to bring your own drinks. The vending machines provided offer a wide variety of drinks and cup noodles.

As night fell, the four of us headed up to our guest rooms, where we were greeted by a dazzling light show as soon as we stepped off the elevator on the 6th floor.

Among the different types of rooms available, including twin/double, deluxe, dormitory, and family rooms, they chose the "Mustard Comfort" room, which can accommodate up to six people. The three semi-double beds, placed one after the other, create a space that is more than just a place to sleep. It is a place where like-minded guests can talk with each other from a distance that is different from the usual. . . while enjoying the night view of Shibuya right in front of them. The rooms are also fully equipped with Apple TV and barrier-free bathrooms. However, the space is not overly elaborate, and it is very open to the individual needs of each guest.

Finally, we asked the four of them, who were lying on the river as if they could still talk, what they thought of the "Mustard Hotel".

mulberry fieldI think this area is for people living in Tokyo to have fun. Therefore, this hotel will naturally gather such local information. For example, I think this is a great place for foreigners visiting Tokyo for the third time or for young people visiting from the countryside to learn about the real Tokyo culture. It would be like a hub where information exchange and interaction would take place and become more and more enjoyable.

shrine grove. I have always liked white spaces. At the Mustard Hotel, the guest rooms and corridors are all white, so I felt some sympathy for the hotel. There are no expensive furniture in the rooms, and the chairs in the rooms are made from skateboard decks. The hotel is a new kind of hotel where guests don't have to be dressed up, and they can be themselves in a natural way.

Shannon. The distance between the bar and the restaurant was perfect, and in a style common in Australia, I felt like I was abroad. After a Tokyo adventure with my friends, we just ate and drank at the restaurant, and then went to sleep. . It's nice to be able to have a series of such things. . I think it is the most enjoyable place to get together with your peers and have fun in a happy atmosphere.

rice villageThe rice at Megan - bar & patisserie was really good. Personally, I enjoyed the roasted chicken with beans! I think there were many dishes that were just right for women to enjoy together, but not too much for men who want to eat with gusto. The drinks were also quite elaborate, with cocktails made with Japanese ingredients, which I thought foreign guests would enjoy as well. The room where I stayed was also great for a casual stay with friends!
