On March 21 and 22, gather at Tsutaya in Okazaki, Kyoto! DIGGIN DEEP 2026, an event where music, fashion, and art intersect, will be held. Huinamu will also have a stall.

This articleAs we mentioned earlier, Fuinam has been appointed as a media partner for "DIGGIN DEEP 2026," an outdoor cultural market event organized by Tsutaya.

It’s not like I’m doing anything particularly grand just because I’ve been appointed; my role is simply to casually share the fun of the event.

The event will be held at three locations: Daikanyama, Kyoto, and Shonan. With the Kyoto event—scheduled for Saturday, March 21, and Sunday, March 22—fast approaching, here are the details.

The event will be held at "Kyoto Okazaki Tsutaya Bookstore." Okazaki is an area with a concentration of cultural facilities, making it the perfect venue for this event.

About 30 shops spanning a variety of genres—including records, vintage fashion, art, and home goods—will be gathered here.

Here’s an example.

ACE GENERAL STORE (SILK SCREEN)

Located in a back alley off the shopping street leading from Enoshima Station in Kanagawa, the shop specializes in vintage clothing, records, and crafts, with a focus on the culture of the 1960s and 1970s.

On the day of the event, they’ll be offering on-the-spot screen-printing to customize your clothes. You can bring your own used clothes and have them upcycled into a one-of-a-kind piece.

AIKA CRAFT / Kyoto Miyazu Lifestyle Goods

A pottery studio based in Miyazu City, in northern Kyoto. Under the theme of ”Kyoto Beyond the Conventional,” the studio creates simple, timeless tableware that incorporates the landscapes and agricultural produce of Miyazu.

ANAgRAM (Apparel)

From European and American vintage pieces to real-world clothing, we’ve curated a selection of secondhand items with a discerning eye for design, fabric, and country of origin. This time, we’re also launching “B-side object,” a collection that explores the lesser-known side of fashion.

BENCH (Apparel/Goods)

A select shop specializing in imported goods, located in Kawaramachi-Nijo, Kyoto. We offer items based on the philosophy of "what we want to sell, rather than what sells."

We're teaming up with Jassy Burn, a local handmade incense brand, for a joint pop-up shop.

COFFEE & RECORDSHOP MIZO (RECORDS)

A café and record shop located in Higashi-Senda-cho, Hiroshima. In addition to serving house-roasted coffee and alcoholic beverages, the shop carries new and used records across all genres.

OLD ROOKIE (Apparel)

Opened in Tenno-cho, Yokohama, in February 2023. With the concept of ”Dirty is Cool,” we specialize in vintage and used American clothing.

pinks vinyl (RECORDS)

A used record store in Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City, that opened in September 2025. It carries a wide selection of records across all genres.

wanna studio (Silkscreen / Apparel / Goods)

Print Factory, a company specializing in silk-screen printing. Our in-house creative label, "mod one," and our factory-direct select shop, "wanna studio FACTORY STORE," will be featured at our booth.

Sakutako (FOODS)

A Kyoto-style takoyaki food truck originating from the Kyoto Central Wholesale Market. We use Kyoto-grown Kujo green onions and a Kyoto-style dashi-based batter, which we grill to a fragrant crisp on a copper griddle.

It’s a quick and easy snack to enjoy while you’re out shopping.

sauce81 N’gaho Ta’quia/77 Karat Gold/Bobby Bellwood (LIVE)

SHUN145 (DJ)

In addition, we’ll be bringing together a lineup of artists—primarily DJs based in Kyoto and the Kansai region—who are brimming with a love for music and exceptional taste. We’ll be delivering sounds that go beyond mere background music, creating an experience that will leave a lasting impression on visitors as they explore the market.

By the way, at the Fuinam booth, we’ll be selling not only the editorial team’s handpicked personal items but also collaborative products we’ve created in the past.

Original Tote: 1,200 yen each

We have also created two designs of original tote bags (2,200 yen) for this event.

One design features a navy body with white print, created by an illustratorKazuya MaikiWe’ve added the media logo designed by [Name]. The other style features a dark green print on an off-white body. It also features an illustration by [Name], depicting the young and elderly faces of trumpeter Chet Baker. Quantities are limited, so don’t miss out!

Original Lighter (1 TP9T330 each)

We also have two original lighter designs. We’ve incorporated the Arabic and Korean words for “Huina” into the designs. They’re perfect not only for smoking but also for burning incense, starting a fire, and a variety of other uses. They’re only 330 yen, so be sure to pick up both!

And on top of that, there are free stickers too. In addition to the two designs matching the tote bag, there’s one featuring the vocalist, guitarist, and illustrator of “Hashirikomiz,”Ataru MatsumotoThere are also two designs that were drawn for me.

One features a horse—the motif that inspired the name "Fuinam"—and the other depicts a supporting character from the movie *Easy Rider*.

To recap, the event will be held at "Kyoto Okazaki Tsutaya Bookstore" on Saturday, March 21, and Sunday, March 22. We hope those in the Kansai area will come and visit.
