It’s hard to believe, but we’re already up to the 12th episode of the Fuinam podcast, which launched this year. Since we update it once a week… that means a quarter of 2026 has already passed.
We chat away into the microphone every day, hoping that our podcast can serve as a small source of comfort in the midst of our hectic daily lives. With that in mind, our latest episode is another guest episode featuring stylist Yuta Kaji, following up on our previous episode.
We recreated that unusual project on our podcast.
The project is called "movie fortune-telling".
The "Movie Fortune-Telling" concept, which originated at a certain event, is exactly what it sounds like: Mr. Kaji—a movie lover who enjoys chatting and is always eager to make recommendations—serves as the fortune-teller, listening to customers’ concerns and prescribing movies to help them.
In this installment, based on a concern shared by one of our editorial staff members, Mr. Kaji prescribes the perfect movie. If this sounds like a problem you’ve faced, it might just be that movie…!? If you approach it with that mindset, you might find a whole new way to enjoy it.
