There was a time when fashion became extremely close to lifestyle. It was that movement when stores that had previously only sold apparel began to sell general merchandise and even offered food and beverage services. I am sure that many people have memories of this movement.

However, this only appeared as a kind of trend, and the number of such stores soon dwindled.

The select store "BIOTOP," which was born in 2010, has been a complex store with various contents from the beginning, and this has not changed to this day. It has not changed at all.

We are pleased to announce that our fifth store, BIOTOP SAPPORO, will open in Sapporo, Hokkaido on Saturday, April 11.

It is located near Maruyama Park, which is 3 km west of downtown Sapporo, adjacent to Hokkaido Jingu Shrine and stretches approximately 70 hectares at the foot of Maruyama. The area is rich in nature where you can feel the changing of the four seasons intensely.

BIOTOP“ is known for always setting up store in cozy and relaxing spots, rather than in the middle of a downtown area. Incidentally, ”BIOTOP" means "a space where the ecosystem of living things is preserved as it is. The name says it all, doesn't it?

Furthermore, the new store is a complex consisting of two buildings: a sales building for natural cosmetics, lifestyle goods, and apparel, and a food and beverage building.
