This time, we collaborated with JING TEA, one of the world's most unique and high quality single garden teas. It was created as a tribute to the artistry of the world of tea and nature.

The focus was on Phoenix Honey Orchid tea, a rare oolong tea traditionally grown in the Phoenix Mountains of Guangdong Province, China. The tea's luscious aroma, reminiscent of dessert wine, and exotic fruit nuances were the inspiration for this tea.

In order to reproduce this, we focused on the barrels used for aging. This time, we combined American oak barrels seasoned with sherry, European oak barrels, and American oak barrels that were once used to age bourbon to create a complex and elegant flavor with hints of peach, apricot, floral honey, tropical fruit, and toffee. The result is a complex and elegant wine with notes of peach, apricot, floral honey, tropical fruit and toffee.
