SPINGLE has released a new line of sneakers perfect for the rainy season.
These are two pairs of shoes featuring “GORE-TEX® Fabrics.” They include a classic low-cut model and a popular side-gore model, both of which feature kangaroo leather—a signature material of —on the uppers.
Kangaroo leather is 1.5 to 2 times stronger than cowhide, and while it can be made lighter—maintaining the same strength as cowhide at two-thirds the thickness—it has the weakness of being susceptible to rain.
This product was manufactured at the factory, which is certified by “GORE.”
It took over a year to develop kangaroo leather specifically designed for “GORE-TEX® Footwear,” which incorporates a waterproofing and conditioning agent during the tanning process. The company reports that the leather passed the moisture-permeability and waterproofing tests for “GORE-TEX® Fabrics,” leading to its commercialization.
Both models feature shoe tongues with waterproof flaps to prevent water from entering the shoe.
Both are unisex styles and come in seven sizes, ranging from XS to XL.
Starting June 30, these items will be available sequentially at “Spingle specialty stores” nationwide, as well as at shoe stores in Japan and overseas,"Spingle Official Online Store"It will be released in .
With this, you won't have to worry about the weather when choosing your shoes. If you're looking for something you can use right away, be sure to check it out.
