In celebration of UNION LA’s 35th anniversary, a capsule collection created in collaboration with two labels helmed by Yasuhiro Mihara has been released.

"UNION," which was founded in New York in 1989, opened a boutique on La Brea Avenue in Los Angeles in 1991.

“Back when ”street fashion” hadn’t yet emerged as a distinct genre, they were among the first to spot up-and-coming streetwear brands. Furthermore, by proposing styles that blended streetwear with high fashion, they established the model for select shops that is now the norm.

This year marks the 35th anniversary of the opening of “UNION LA.” To mark this milestone anniversary year, a collaboration has been announced between , helmed by Yasuhiro Mihara, and .

The collection features apparel from *Instrumental*, which focuses on silhouette and comfort, and shoes from *Maison Mihara Yasuhiro*.

The former features the “Union” graphic and logo on items such as coach jackets, bowling shirts, shorts, and track pants. The latter is the “PETERSON,” known for its iconic clay-molded sole, and has been finished in a special colorway featuring three colors: black, navy, and yellow.

This collection goes on sale starting Saturday, August 8. Customers who purchase collaboration items at physical stores will receive a tote bag in a brand-exclusive color. (Available in limited quantities; offer ends when supplies run out.)
