Founded in 1870 on the Australian island of Tasmania, *Brandstone* presents this series, which draws inspiration from the brand’s archival models while incorporating modern materials and manufacturing techniques. Crafted by 34 artisans through 72 distinct production steps, these are among the brand’s most refined dress boots.
A key feature is the redesigned sole area. By sharpening the lines around the outsole, we’ve achieved a clean, streamlined silhouette. The upper is crafted from high-quality full-grain leather and features an aniline finish that brings out the leather’s natural character. Another appealing aspect is how the texture deepens the more you wear them.
The shoes are crafted using the Goodyear welt construction method, in which artisans hand-stitch the leather sole to the upper. Since the sole can be replaced, these shoes are built to last for years. The outsole incorporates rubber in the contact area to enhance grip and durability, and natural cork is used between the insole and outsole. As you wear them, they will mold to the shape of your feet, providing an increasingly comfortable fit.
