It is still fresh in our minds that actor and singer Jaden Smith and Dutch denim brand G-Star RAW formed a partnership this summer. On Saturday, October 6, at the "Hypefest" fashion event held in Brooklyn, New York, the two companies unveiled a jointly produced collection.
This collection focuses on the word "sustainable," which refers to the sustainability of the global environment. Each of the three series, Water, Earth, and Lunar Eclipse, uses environmentally friendly materials.
The denim is a blend of G-Star Row's conventions and innovations from the past, including blue and black denim using special indigo dyeing techniques, as well as denim made from untreated organic cotton.
About the collaboration, he said, "This capsule collection was initiated through G-Star Row's and my shared passion for sustainability. . With this in mind, I was inspired by the strength of the earth. From sandstorms to waterfalls, it is based on the strength of the nature we live in and the beauty of the earth," commented Jaden Smith.
