TIMBERLAND and EASTPAK. The former was born as an outdoor lifestyle brand on the East Coast of the United States, while the latter has its roots as a manufacturer of bags for the U.S. Army.
This is the second collaboration between the two. The capsule collection of eco-friendly yet durable bags is now available.
First is the backpack, an unwavering icon of the Eastpak brand. Following the design of Timberland's iconic "yellow boots," yellow is used as an accent color in various parts of the bag. To make opening and closing the backpack smooth, the zippers are laced with "yellow boot" shoelaces.
Everything from the body and webbing belt to the lining and binding is made from recycled materials, resulting in an environmentally friendly product.
Next is another Eastpak classic, the sling bag. The base color is a military-inspired camouflage pattern, but by switching to "yellow boot" suede and rubber in key places, the design allows you to enjoy the contrast between the materials.
It is just the right size for those who have little luggage, and it will also make a nice accent for your upcoming summer outfits.
As a symbol of the collaboration, both the backpack and sling bag feature patches with the logos of the two companies.
The capsule collection created by these two designers with the same roots is now on sale at the official online store of "Timberland" and some of its directly-managed stores.
