The gray Red Wing, supervised by non-native Takayuki Fujii, is the key to the delicate millimeter-by-millimeter arrangement.

Among the "American casual" that is showing signs of revival, "RED WING," the leader of American work boots, is attracting renewed attention. The tight face and rugged construction characteristic of work boots bring just the right amount of stimulation to feet that have become accustomed to sneakers and have become spoiled.

The American casual style is back, but what is different is how it is worn. Until then, it was a given that they would be worn with blue denim and chinos, but now it is better to style them with a lighter sensibility and less American casual.

Red Wing will be releasing a limited edition of boots that fit just right for the "modern American casual" look. Mr. Takayuki Fujii of "non-native" supervised this project. The new "Red Wing" is based on the gray suede 6″ CLASSIC MOC #8863, but with a subtle twist.

The gold dove is changed to silver, and the midsole is a few millimeters thicker than usual. In addition, two types of laces, gray and black, are included to match the color of the upper. This has resulted in a neat appearance that is not too hard.

Careful selection of each and every detail has resulted in a work boot that perfectly matches the current era. They look great when worn with nylon pants or sweat pants.
