Creative agency "STARBASE" and Central Japan Railway Company (JR Tokai) are launching the "LINEAN Project" to boost excitement for the opening of the Linear Central Shinkansen Line. The project name "LINEAN" refers to those who support the Linear Central Shinkansen.
Each and every "LINEAN" will weave, enjoy, and share new stories and a heart-fluttering future together with the Linear Central Shinkansen, which is running toward its opening. This is a project by fans, for fans.
As a first step, a key visual of the Linear Central Shinkansen taken by world-renowned photographer Jiro Konami will be displayed on an oversized panel in the ticket gate of Shinagawa Station from December 24 (Tuesday). It will also be shown sequentially at Tokyo Station, Shizuoka Station, Nagoya Station, Kyoto Station, and Shin-Osaka Station.
A second key visual will be unveiled in March next year. In addition, original goods featuring photographs taken by Mr. Onami will be available at the pop-up store.
