Margaret Howell's clothes have a universal design, but there is a certain ingenuity in them. It's like the importance of a pinch of salt...that's what I think of their clothes. This is the first time I've tried on the sleeves, and they are warm and inviting. In the British climate, with its often cloudy skies, the warmth is like light streaming in through the window of a room. That's what came to mind.
