The last one was a wreck, so this one is in shambles!
This is the second collaboration between Sepabus and Minnano, so I'd like to start by asking you about the response to the previous collaboration.
Kagami: It was amazing.
Nakatsu River: Everyone was pleased.
Kagami: Thanks to Mr. Goro.
Nakatsu River: Even at the pop-ups, people who didn't know us picked up our products. They said, "I like it! The reaction was something like "I like it!
Kagami: And the prices were reasonable, even with all that processing. Faded parkas and cushions were also very popular.
Nakatsu River: We also added sweatshirts to the store in a hurry because the stock we had prepared ran out.
Kagami: Because it's "Dover (Street Market Ginza)" and Mr. Goro. It's still amazing, isn't it?
So you decided to do a second one.
Kagami: Yes! Please do it again!" I asked him like that (laughs). (I asked him to do it again.) He replied, "The last time was a mess, so let's go with a mess this time! He replied, "Let's make it ragged this time!
Nakatsu River: Since the previous processing was so good, I thought it would be interesting to escalate the process and make it more ragged this time. However, that would be too conventional, so I thought it would be nice to rewind time and have a new condition as well, to create a contrast.

I think the coveralls and other things are very tattered.
Nakatsu River: Coveralls were also released in Sepabus' inline line, and a friend of mine was wearing one. They looked great, and I found a photo of Justin Bieber's partner, Hailey Baldwin, wearing a pair of tattered coveralls, so I used that as a reference.
Kagami: The way he dressed was really cool.

That's an amazing processing technique.
Nakatsu River: I make clothes on a small scale myself, so I have some idea of the cost, but this is a process that cannot be done without economies of scale.
Kagami: Next time, let's make it even more ragged. I can't even wear it (laughs).
Nakatsu River: How about rags-to-riches or something like that?
Kagami: You can't sell that kind of thing (laughs).

Nakatsu River: Kagami-san drew a cute dog once upon a time, and I thought it would be great to make it into a stuffed animal.
Kagami: I made the color yellow, the "minnano" color. This one is designed to hold a watermelon.
Is suika a card watermelon?
Nakatsu River: That's right. When we were having planning meetings, we wanted to add functionality (laughs).
Kagami: It's novel, isn't it? Wouldn't it be fun to hold it and do the "beep" thing at the ticket gate? Wouldn't it be cute if a girl did that? You could also put your company's card key in it.
