How an editor uses a furoshiki.

We commissioned Rajabrooke to create the "Editor's Furoshiki." So, here are some examples of how to use it in four situations that are all too familiar to editors (?). We hope these tips will give you some ideas on how to make the most of it. The pre-release sale will be held on Saturday, April 18, at “PBOX STND” on the 10th floor of Shibuya PARCO, as part of the “Fuinam Spring Market: New Lifestyles, New Things”!

It can even turn into a bag!?

〈Rajabrook〉 × *Fuinam* Furoshiki: ¥ 11,000 yen; other items are personal belongings of the stylist and editorial staff

Picking up costume samples, renting photography equipment, and running errands—editors are rushing all over town right before a shoot. That’s when this furoshiki comes in handy. Measuring 96 cm by 96 cm, it’s a large size, so with a little creativity in how you fold it, it can double as a bag like this. While carrying an eco-bag is the norm these days, isn’t it pretty cool to pull this furoshiki out of your pocket and say, “I’ve got this,” when someone asks, “Do you need a bag?”

Box-shaped items are absolutely no problem, and as you can see, it even handles cylindrical items with ease. Even if you tie it up in a somewhat crumpled state, it doesn’t wrinkle much—this is one of the standout features of this furoshiki.
