AïE is a new brand that I was introduced to when I visited an exhibition last year, and I have personally been paying attention to it. It started as an original brand of Nepenthes America. The designer is Kenta Miyamoto from the NY office. The 17SS collection features eight styles of tops, bottoms, and scarves under the theme of "British Punk Skate. Among them, the set-up with eye-catching color patterns is very cool. Other items include a crazy-pattern mountain parka and a tartan check shirt, all in exquisite colors. Anyway, I love the concept of unique street wear and the stance of "I want New York skaters and street kids to wear it. It's too early to tell, but I'm looking forward to the fall/winter season.
