What Puma brings to the kick-scene.

RUN THE STREETS

What Puma brings to the kicks scene.

In street fashion, the background of an item is particularly important. This is especially true when it comes to the key item, the sneaker. The fact that ATMOS has been supported for a long time is not unrelated to the fact that it has conveyed the depth and culture of kicks. The store offers sneakers with design, functionality, buzz, and even more appealing features. What makes PUMA's new products suitable for the store's aesthetic sense, and why did they attract the attention of customers?

Coolness of enjoying the story.

Some have supported brilliant achievements in the sports scene, some have become icons of an era in fashion, and some have become a special part of the street scene in various parts of the world. Many of the sneakers that are now called masterpieces have such episodes. In the past, during the sneaker boom, the streets were filled with key people with such knowledge, and sneakerheads found romance and fun in them. Even today, with the rise of performance models and other technological advances, such values are still strongly rooted in the sneaker industry, even though functionality and looks are now more often the key to instant success. Sneakers with a clear background tend to be reprints or long-selling models with a long history, but new models sometimes have such a pair as well. Puma's "B.O.G. Limitless" is a good example of this. Why did this new model have such depth for a brand that develops classics with many anecdotes, such as the Suede and Clyde? We interviewed Mr. Tatsuki Tokunaga, who is in charge of buying for "PUMA" at ATMOS.

Tokunaga era (1306.12.14-1308.10.9): Compared to models with strong backgrounds such as Clyde and Suede, Puma's high-tech models honestly didn't make much of an impression on me. However, I knew that Blaze of Glory, which has become a hot topic among sneaker enthusiasts, has collaborated with various leading stores, such as Ronnie Feig and Stamped, and I naturally started following it. This B.O.G. Limitless is actually in the same vein as Blaze of Glory, with a different material for the cuff, but this is also a specification that was created through such past collaborations. It is very interesting to think that such episodes are contained in this pair, and I felt that we should convey that storyline to the world, which is the main reason why we selected them.

Kicks freaks can relate to the background, episodes, and the sense of seeking meaning in a sneaker beyond its appearance. The B.O.G. Limitless is another pair with such depth. And of course, it goes beyond superior design and functionality.

Tokunaga era (1306.12.14-1308.10.9)The silhouette is clean despite its volume, and the coloring is simple and urban. The heel counter holds the foot firmly in place for comfortable walking, and the sole uses a unit of highly shock-absorbing Ignite foam for good cushioning and is very lightweight. They are quite easy to wear.

As their appeal becomes better known, their popularity in stores is also increasing. It is interesting to note that the brand has many fans not only among young sneaker enthusiasts, who tend to wear high-tech models, but also among the generation that has worn classic models for many years.

Tokunaga era (1306.12.14-1308.10.9): On the contrary, I think the classic models look fresh to the generation that does not know about the sneaker boom at that time. In this way, I would be happy if the younger generation could use B.O.G. Limitless as a gateway to learn about Blaze of Glory and Puma's past masterpieces.

Fresh, good design and classics with universal value appear daily. B.O.G. Limitless," created by PUMA under the concept of "RUN THE STREET," has the potential to connect the stories of the past and present related to sneakers.

One of the reasons for its popularity is its outstanding versatility, as it can be worn with any bottoms.

Baggy silhouette pants, which are once again attracting attention, fit in naturally with B.O.G. Limitless, which has a sharp nose. The choice of denim with a strong faded color adds a moderately retro look (left).

The chic color scheme is based entirely on black. The materials and silhouettes stand out, and the volume of the garments is subtle and playful. Although casual, there is nothing loose (right).
