In order to provide an enjoyable time, above all, I enjoy myself the most.

Maiko Yoshida joined United Arrows in 2014, worked at Beauty & Youth, and now works at Unroute Futakotamagawa. She says she got this job not only because she loves fashion, but also because she loves customer service.

I was just enjoying my part-time job at a family restaurant when I was a student. At that time, I realized that there was no better job for me than working in the hospitality industry. I realized that there was no job better suited to me than working in the hospitality industry. That's why I think my current job is my true calling.

In his daily customer service, he places the utmost importance on "having fun" with his customers.

I take pride in the fact that I provide the customers with a more enjoyable time than anyone else, and I myself enjoy my work as much as possible. It is natural that my basic attitude is to put the customer first, but in order to provide an enjoyable time to our customers, I have to have the most fun first, because that is the foundation of my work.

Running makes me feel positive.

He has been running for about two years. He started running when he participated in a group run organized by UnRouted, and since then he has also participated in full marathons and now serves as a pacer for group runs.

The charm of running is that it makes me feel positive. I often run alone in the evening, except for group runs, and when I run and reflect on the day, I can clear my head and feel motivated to do my best again tomorrow.

The basic running style is chic monotone. Strong designs and flashy colors are not often chosen.

My motivation for running depends on my clothes and shoes, so I want to wear something that makes me feel as good as possible. I like to wear simple, masculine outfits rather than girlish, cute outfits, as is the case with my everyday clothes.
