G-SHOCK is a fashion icon.
I think it's a design that will last 100 years.
The "MY G-SHOCK" service allows customers to customize their G-Shock with their own coloring, allowing them to personalize the dial, bezel, belt, belt loops, and buckle color scheme based on the DWE-5610, a standard model in the lineage of the brand's first model, the DW-5000C, launched in 1983. The service allows users to customize the color scheme of the dial, bezel, belt, belt loop, and buckle to their own preference.

When I was in high school, I read Boon magazine . I have always loved fashion. I remember the yellow "G-Shock," which was called the "Jason model," was very popular at the time. I loved them too. I also remember that I used to enjoy customizing black items by coloring in the grooves with crayons. I used to play with them, making them Rasta-colored (laughs).
Mr. Hiromichi Ochiai, the designer of "FACETASM," told us about his memories of that time with a laugh. G-SHOCK is a fashion icon," he continued.

G-SHOCK is one of the coolest pieces of gear, isn't it? I think the reason for the wide range of collaborations, from foreign maison brands to domestic stores, is that "G-SHOCK" has become established as a watch brand. This makes it very easy to collaborate and to enhance each other's work. I think that's exactly the kind of design that will last for 100 years."
FACETASM is one of the brands that collaborated with G-SHOCK in the past. What did you have in mind when you came up with the design?
G-SHOCK" is a major player in my mind, so I wanted to combine it with an underground design. So I tried to make it look like a collage, and I added some graffiti-like motifs. I tried to incorporate a pasted-on, photocopied texture, like the flyers you used to see at live music clubs.
