TOTOKEN, it begins.
FUN RUN! FUN SAUNA! FUN BEER!!!

TOTOKEN, it begins.

The time has finally come! TOTONOU(revitalize) Laboratory, a running station produced by our "HOUYHNHNM Running Club♡", or "TOTONOU(revitalize) Laboratory" for short. On Saturday, September 30, the grand opening of this facility, which is a condensed version of the "three great feelings" we love, such as running, sauna, and beer, will take place in Nihonbashi Hamacho. This is a utopia in East Tokyo that reflects our commitment as runners, saunas, and editors, and is a place where you can thoroughly enjoy yourself. TOTOKEN" has finally begun.

What kind of facility is TOTOKEN?

Runners and saunters alike often ask questions like. Why do you run?" Why do you take a sauna?" (I'm not sure why I do it.) Certainly, both have the image of hobbies that whip the body into shape and put it under severe conditions, but from the point of view of the people doing them, there is only one reason. Because it feels good. Just like the addictive nature of an after-work drink, they simply continue to do it because they want to feel that moment of happiness and fulfillment. The ease with which one can start with just one's body is one of the reasons why so many people are hooked.

TOTOKEN is a facility that condenses such "pleasantness" that can be practiced in your daily life.

TOTOKEN has three major functions. The "Runstay H" where you can leave your luggage in the locker and run around the area, the "Sauna H" with a hot sauna and a water bath, and the "Stand H" where you can stop by for a quick drink and where various communications can take place. Although it is called a "run-stay," you are welcome to use it just for a sauna or a beer! The "H" in each name stands for HOUYHNHNM's, "H" for Hamacho, and "H" for Health.

From here, we will introduce how to enjoy the facilities by following the flow of actually using all of the "Luncheon H", "Sauna H", and "Stand H".

Now it's time to go to TOTOKEN!
