There are many ways to feel summer, and each person has his or her own way. Swimming in the ocean, going to a local festival, having a barbecue, and so on.
Among them is the "Mr. CHEESECAKEI would like to add a new addition to the list: eating "seasonal".
This summer, Mr. CHEESECAKE LEMON COLLECTION, a special collection for enjoying domestically produced lemons, will be available.
Three kinds of cakes made with Japanese lemons will appear in this project to help you stay cool during the hot summer season. Let us introduce them one by one below.
Mr. CHEESECAKE Lemon ¥3,996
The first is "Mr. CHEESECAKE Lemon," a cheesecake with the refreshing acidity and clean aroma of lemon.
The juice of a lemon from Hiroshima Prefecture and the paste of a Meyer lemon from Mie Prefecture are combined with the peel of a lemon from the Setouchi area to give the cheesecake a deep flavor. By mixing the lemon peel into the cheesecake batter, a fresh aroma fills the mouth with every bite.
RICH TIRAMISU Salty Lemon ¥4,536
The second is RICH TIRAMISU Salty Lemon, a tiramisu with the refreshing taste of lemon and a melt-in-your-mouth mousse-like texture.
The juice of a lemon from Hiroshima Prefecture is combined with Meyer lemon paste from Mie Prefecture, and olive oil is used to add freshness and a blue note.
Week-end Citron ¥4,320
The third is the "Week-end Citron," which has the full effect of the sultriness of lemon.
Combining the juice of Hiroshima Prefecture lemons with the paste of aromatic Meyer lemons from Mie Prefecture, the peel of Setouchi lemons, and several other lemons, it has a flavor that is irresistible to lovers of sourness. You can enjoy the smooth and moist texture without the dryness characteristic of baked sweets.
These three cakes will be available at the official online store, as well as a series of permanent and pop-up stores.
