Tweed is often associated with Scotland, but this jacket is made in Japan from Japanese materials. This jacket is tailored at a suit factory in Japan using lame tweed fabric produced in Bishu, which is famous as one of the world's three major textile production areas. The design is classic with a two-button single, low gauze line, and slightly thicker lapel width. The front and sleeve buttons are decorated with natural buffalo buttons with an elegant sheen, and no detail has been spared.
Gobelins Paisley MA-1 ¥59,400
The eye-catching paisley pattern woven in multiple colors is faithfully reproduced in this MA-1, with details unique to the MA-1 such as irregular ribbing on the cuffs, multiple pockets on the left sleeve, and a synthetic leather box tab on the chest. Cobran fabric is used for the material, giving it a delicate, luxurious pattern and a sense of weight.
