The 50 years that Men's Bigi has walked is unique. Takeo Kikuchi, Shinsuke Nakata, Masanobu Ando, Takayuki Yamada, and others participated in the anniversary promotion.

“MEN'S BIGIMen's Bigi is an apparel brand founded by Takeo Kikuchi, who founded Men's Bigi Co. in 1975, and will celebrate its 50th anniversary this October. To celebrate such a memorable year, an anniversary promotion "BEGIN THE BIGI" has been launched. Various projects will be held to connect the brand's past and future, so let us introduce you to some of them.

The first project is a collaboration with Takeo Kikuchi, the founder of the brand. This is a unique project in which Mr. Kikuchi, who led the brand until 1983, is once again involved with the brand after a lapse of about 40 years.

The store will also feature a design project by creative director Shinsuke Nakata, who will weave together the atmosphere of vintage items from the 1980s with Nakata's unique sensibilities to create a lineup of exclusive everyday wear.

In addition, a special visual was created by actor and photographer Masanobu Ando, and to celebrate the 50th anniversary, models included the founder Takeo Kikuchi, stylist Atsushi Okubo, actor Takayuki Yamada, creative director Shinsuke Nakata, and "Men's Bigi" director and Toshiyuki Suzuki, director of "Men's Viggy". Mr. Ando's world view was captured as they were clad in the collaboration items.

Finally, some big news: to celebrate our 50th anniversary, we will be opening a flagship store in Yurakucho. Plans are currently underway for the opening, so we'll have to wait for more details.
