Photographer Aoshi Shirakawa continues to leave impressive works with his unique sense of distance from his subjects and powerful composition and angle of view.

AH.But we can fully enjoy its charm, and now we are releasing a collection of works that focuses on another aspect of Shirakawa.

The setting is New York City. However, the focus is not on photogenic spots or glamorous cityscapes that everyone thinks of, but on the signs and activities of people who live and breathe in the city in real life.

Scuffed signs, wet sidewalks, walls that speak quietly, people relaxing in cafes.

Shirakawa's serene gaze on New York City has taken shape as it is.

Not hare, but ke. In this collection of works, you can feel the vitality, presence, and fragments of memory that reside here and there in the city.

To celebrate the release of the book, a photo exhibition will be held at "BOOK AND SONS", where about 40 works will be displayed in silver halide prints.

The artist himself will be doing a book signing at the opening reception on the first day of the exhibition. Everyone is welcome to attend.
