Freaks Store opens its first street-level store in the Kansai region in Kyoto. The store is full of interesting contents!

FREAK'S STORE, which operates several stores throughout Japan, will open its first street-level store in the Kansai region in Kyoto's Teramachi Kyogoku shopping district.

In addition to the original labels, the Freaks Store boasts a lineup of unique brands such as CAHLUMN, Freada, NAUTICA, and FILSON, as well as Kyoto-only items and a pop-up to commemorate the opening. In addition, there will be a wide variety of contents appropriate for a first-time store opening, such as Kyoto-only items and a pop-up event to commemorate the opening.

This limited edition item is based on the store logo of the "Freaks Store" Kyoto store, designed by graphic designer Yu Miyama.

The lineup includes a variety of items such as T-shirts, knapsacks, caps, socks, and glasses for daily use, as well as small furoshiki wrapping cloths and Kyoto flower fans made by Eirakuya, a long-established Kyoto-based hand towel specialty store. These items are only available at the Kyoto store, so they make great souvenirs.

In addition, purchases of 16,500 yen or more will receive a "Eirakuya" x "Freaks Store" hand towel as a free gift. (First-come, first-served basis; new member registration required)

The Kyoto store will also feature a new "Freaks Store Recommendations" section, where customers can enjoy recommendations on everything from Kyoto's local food and beverages to the hottest cultural content.

The menu is full of interesting items such as "Classic Lemonade," a signature dish made with domestically grown lemons, and "Bakko-Shino Pop," domestically grown corn popcorn born from an initiative to reduce the amount of abandoned farmland in Nagano Prefecture.

The signage utilizes Miyako somagi, a specialty wood of Kyoto, in cooperation with the city of Kyoto. The design is appropriate for "Freak's Store Recommendations," which connects Kyoto's traditions and modern culture through local materials.

Special order items from FROCLUB and SAUVENIR are also available.

It has been updated to a long-sleeve type of lined fabric, which we started to develop this season, and a knapsack is also included, making this set-up ideal for travel, loungewear, and as one-mile wear. Also new is a mesh bag and towel set, perfect for saunas. You won't want to miss this one either.

This is the "Yosemite Strap" limited edition model for "Freaks Store" Kyoto store. The black base is decorated with a gold staggered pattern, expressing a Japanese taste.
