It's time for TATRAS to come into its own. TATRAS has prepared a wide variety of warm and particular clothing for this season, but we think this is the best of them all.
This capsule collection is art directed by YOSHIROTTEN.
This is the result of TATLUS' new project "Layers of Japanese Craft.
Layers of Japanese Craft" reinterprets the multifaceted appeal of Japanese culture and expresses it in fashion. The word "Layers" in the title refers to the unique aesthetic sense that emerges from the overlap of time and culture, such as tradition and modernity, materials and techniques, and memory and future.
At the heart of this project is the color expression of "bokashi nuri," a traditional Japanese lacquer painting technique. The core of the design is the depth and shifting light created by the overlapping layers of lacquer.
TATLER'S translates the beauty of the gradation into textiles and forms, and develops them as fashion. Meanwhile, Kohei Kirimoto, a lacquer artist from Wajima who is participating in this project, expresses the same color layers in lacquer and will present his work at the brand's Ginza store.

The capsule collection includes a down jacket, down pants, and bag. Each is available in two colors, with delicate gradations inspired by Wajima lacquerware (urushi lacquer) incorporated into each item.
The product will go on sale on Friday, October 31. It will be available at TATLER's Ginza store and online. Be sure to take a look at the beautiful appearance in your own hands.
