BerBerJin, one of Japan's leading vintage clothing stores, will hold a pop-up store in Ishikawa Prefecture.
The exhibition will run from November 29 (Sat) to December 7 (Sun). A wide range of rare items selected by "Berberzine" will be on display at the select store "detail" and its sister store "APPLICATION" in Tatemachi, Kanazawa City.
This year's event, the second since last year, will also feature "Straight From L.A. Powered by BerBerJin," a new business model launched by the store in 2024. They plan to sell used clothing purchased directly from the U.S. for a whopping 7.7 yen per gram. The event is expected to be even more exciting than last year.
On November 29 (Sat.) and 30 (Sun.), the director, Mr. Yutaka Fujiwara, will visit the store to directly serve customers, and the book "Levi's® VINTAGE DENIM JACKETS Type I / Type II / Type III" supervised by Mr. Fujiwara will be on sale.
In addition, as a charity to support the Noto Peninsula earthquake recovery efforts, "made in USA" bandanas purchased by Berberzine will be sold, and all proceeds from the sales will be donated to relief efforts.
The pop-up store will offer a friendly lineup of items, based on the idea of "creating a new entrance for young people to casually enjoy vintage clothing.
For the first two days, it seems that in addition to Mr. Fujiwara, other staff members familiar with vintage clothing will be rushing in from Tokyo. You can go there for the first two days, or take your time on a weekday!
