The documentary film "Tokyo Melody Ryuichi Sakamoto" captures the musician Sakamoto Ryuichi at the age of 32 and the "sounds of Tokyo" that he has been facing.
The VHS, laserdisc, and DVD versions of the film had been difficult to obtain for a long time, but recently the 16mm film was restored and a 4K restoration was realized. To commemorate the release of the film, ADAM ET ROPÉ will release collaborative items from "10 Culture," a label based on 10 different cultures.
The lineup includes tote bags and sweatshirts.
Each ¥15,400
The tote bag features the main visual by design unit GOO CHOKI PAR and a double-sided design using the film's official kana font, as well as the striking appearance of Ryuichi Sakamoto in creative makeup that embodies the world of the artist, Ryuichi Sakamoto, in the newly released scene photos. The new design is available in two versions.
Note the beautiful and powerful finish of the jacquard weave.
Each ¥15,400
The sweatshirts are available in three types, with the main visual and scenes from the film printed on the front and back.
These items are scheduled to go on sale at all Adam et Rope stores nationwide, with the exception of some stores, from January 2 (Fri.). The online store seems to have started taking reservations from today, December 27 (Sat.), so check it out if you are interested.
