Vancouver, Canada's creative scene, from the outdoor scene to fashion, is on the rise. As part of this scene, a new bag brand is coming to Japan this fall/winter, and its launch event will be held in Harajuku on September 23 (Fri.).
The brand name is [Joon].TAIKAN EVERYTHING〉〉. Please note that it is easy to make a mistake and it is TEIKEN, not TAIKAN. The members who created the street scene within Canada have spent many years building it.
Here is a visual image of the home site. As you can see, it is simple, rugged, and chic. The style is suitable for adults, and the price is reasonable at around 10,000 yen in Japan.
The event will be an expression of their specialty, street sound art, with a Japanese flair. Taking the baton from the brand members, the event will be created by the following members. Visual direction will be provided by stylist Daisuke Araki, photographer Taro Hirano, art designer Shohei Yoshida, and sound will be provided by yukibeb, a Japanese DJ on the LA-based Soulection label.
