Polaroid cameras allow you to just take a picture and develop it on the spot to view the photo. It was around 1970 that they began to penetrate people's minds, and the German Polaroid Company in particular dominated the market. After the introduction of classics such as the SX-70, a model called the Polaroid One Step, which became popular for its easy-to-use design, was highly acclaimed.

Time has passed, and although the Polaroid One Step has not been released since 2003, its successor, the One Step 2, will finally be released on November 1 (Wednesday)!
This high-spec camera has a body that is a perfect homage to the design of the time, while the controls have been upgraded to a modern version. It is equipped with a high-quality lens and a powerful flash.
The much improved functionality also makes it possible to use films that have never before been produced for Polaroid. The new film will be reissued and marketed for Polaroid as "Polaroid Originals".

To celebrate the launch of Polaroid Originals, an exhibition by photographer Mika Ninagawa will be held. Mika Ninagawa's street snapshots, all burned on the latest Polaroid film, will be on display. How does the charismatic Mika Ninagawa's work appear when viewed through the filter of Polaroid? This latest body of work, made up of new films, is a must-see.

The reincarnated Polaroid, with its retro, toy-camera look. The instant camera boom is about to get a breath of fresh air.
