Although not the trendy “beauty guys,” men want to enjoy their own personal style of grooming. Because it is a daily routine, it is best to go about it in a natural way rather than seeking major changes. Why don't you start a beauty routine with the theme of "getting in shape" without overdoing it?

Take care of the day’s fatigue before the day ends. A bath—which helps reset both your mind and body—is one of the easiest self-care habits you can adopt. Whether you prefer a leisurely soak or a quick shower, it’s a waste to just go through the motions without thinking. Why not rethink that “routine” starting today?
For a refreshing change to your bath routine, I’d like to recommend washing your body with a body brush I found at Ron Herman Cosmetics. Made from 100% natural boar bristles, this brush features a two-tiered bristle design with varying lengths—the longer, softer bristles gently touch your skin, allowing you to truly feel their texture.

First, dampen the brush with warm water, apply body wash, and work it into a rich lather in the palm of your hand. Then, gently wash your skin using circular motions without applying too much pressure. This will remove dirt and dead skin cells from the surface, leaving your skin so smooth you’ll hardly recognize it. A gentle massage also improves blood circulation and helps you relax.
The best shower temperature is around 36°C to 38°C—about body temperature. Water that’s too hot washes away the skin’s natural oils and other moisturizing components, making your skin more prone to dryness, so it’s a no-no.
When washing, start with the tips of your hands and feet—which are farthest from your heart—and gradually work your way toward the center of your body. Don’t forget the spaces between your fingers and toes, the soles of your feet, and the sides of your body from your armpits to your waist. The natural cypress handle is long enough to allow you to thoroughly wash hard-to-reach areas such as your back and buttocks. Furthermore, since the décolletage, chest, and back—areas with high sebum production—are prone to acne, we recommend paying special attention to these areas.
Keeping your body brush clean is an important part of your skincare routine. After use, rinse it thoroughly, shake off the excess water, and let it air dry in a well-ventilated area.
