Steak knife ¥7,000+TAX
Many people think it is bad luck to give a knife as a gift because it is associated with the word "cut."
However, in Japan, knives have been considered the best gift since ancient times, and they are also thought to open the way to good fortune.

So, we decided to create a new product called "TADAFUSA" with the knife workshop TADAFUSA.Nakagawa Masashichi ShotenHow about a beautiful and strong steak knife like this one, jointly developed by the "Mere Old Man" and the "Mere Old Man"?
Tadafusa is a kitchen knife workshop established in 1948 in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture, which is known as a "town of blacksmithing" in Japan and abroad. Making use of the forging techniques cultivated over many years, craftsmen carefully finish each knife one by one, from those for home use to those for professional use.
The newly developed "Steak Knife" is made of corrosion-resistant steel. By increasing the number of times the steel is beaten to make it harder and stronger, we have achieved a sharpness as good as that of a kitchen knife.

Here is another feature. Unlike the cutting edge of a typical steak knife, there is no wavy edge that can be seen. The reason for this is that the blade attachment technique results in a saw-like jagged edge that is so fine that it is difficult to see with the naked eye.
These fine jagged edges catch the hard surface of the grilled meat and create an opportunity to cut into it, allowing the meat to be sliced smoothly.

The steak knife symbolizes a slightly more luxurious and fun dinner scene. It looks good not only as a gift, but also for yourself, of course. Please take a look.
