Koubaru-go is a small village in Nagasaki Prefecture. A plan to dam the Ishiki River that flows through the village has been proposed, and if the plan goes ahead as planned, the village will sink to the bottom of the water in the near future. The plan is to build a dam to dam up the Ishiki River, which flows through the village.WTK - WITNESS TO KOHBARU IN AUTUMNis a music event held in such a place that may be lost.
