Dignified pottery that makes you stand tall just by holding it in your hand. Sharpen your senses and touch its depth. A remarkable exhibition will be held from this weekend that is sure to bring you a new view of the world.

The theme of this exhibition is "Roots are always growing on the reverse side." Potter (ceramic artist) Naotsugu Yoshida and drawer (designer) Kaoru Yoshida have created a series of ceramic and other works.Cheren-bel. is on display.
"cheren-bel" means "black and white" and is named after the base of Mt. Fuji, where the duo's activities are based. The "black" of the volcanic scoria and the "white" of the falling snow were the inspiration for their work, and most of their ceramics are composed of black and white. He says that he is embodying in his ceramics the things in daily life that are compressed between the images of black and white. The appearance of the pottery is clear, dignified, and truly neat.

And the venue for the exhibition will be VOICE, a flower store in Gaienmae, Tokyo, which just opened this January. The shop has been attracting attention for its beautiful bouquet arrangements, space styling, flower arrangements for photo shoots, and many other aspects. The soft light and tranquil atmosphere inside the store sets it apart from other flower stores in many ways.

In addition to Cherembel's standard oval dishes and picture plates, new items such as lampshades will be on display at the exhibition. They will also be on sale. All the items in the online store seem to be sold out, so it's worth going all the way. Sharpen your senses and enjoy both the pottery and the space.
