The name of the brand means "something needed, something that satisfies a need, something that fulfills a desire, something that makes a wish come true.FILL THE BILL.. The designer himself collects and researches vintage clothing, which he says are his greatest influences, and creates clothes with a modern interpretation.
Designer Junichi Kaneda has a background in apparel planning and production. Mixing the know-how he has cultivated with his own vintage influences, he creates each item as expected.
Continuing from last season, the loose, relaxed silhouettes of the 2018 SS items are distinctive. Some items have a clean look, while others have richly patterned patterns and vivid colors. The looks convey that the composition is based solely on free ideas.
The long-awaited new items will be available at Phil the Bill's flagship store "Phil the Bill Mercantile" in Ebisu and other stores as needed. For those who are looking for a playful spring/summer collection, be sure to check it out.
