There are definitely moments when a film that is supposed to be fiction sometimes shows its face even in the real world.
Actor Harry Dean Stanton passed away in September 2017. His last film, "Lucky," is about the "end" of 90-year-old Lucky, a pragmatic loner and a bit of an eccentric. According to director John Carroll Lynch, Lucky was modeled after Stanton, and the episodes in the film are based on Stanton's experiences. The director, David Lynch, also appears in the film as a friend of Lucky's, and we can see the "real" interaction between these two longtime friends in real life.

A brief description of Harry Dean Stanton: In 1979, he became known for his role as engineer Brett in Ridley Scott's "Alien. He played Travis, the protagonist who has been missing for four years after abandoning his beloved wife and son in Wim Wenders' "Paris, Texas" (1984), which won the Palme d'Or at the 37th Cannes International Film Festival. His performance in this film, which portrayed the restrained passion of Travis wandering in the desert, marked a turning point in his career and became his masterpiece. He also played the role of Bud, a repo man who collects cars for debts, in Alex Cox's "The Repo Man" (1984), a cult film that remains highly popular to this day. His taciturn, non-smiling performance and aloof presence, as exemplified by his portrayal of Travis, became his trademark. In David Lynch's "Wild at Heart" (1990), he played Johnny, a private detective in pursuit of the hero's lover. His relationship with director David Lynch continued with his role as Carl Rod, a trailer park manager, in "Twin Peaks: The Last Seven Days of Laura Palmer" (1992). 2017's new series "Twin Peaks The Return" also featured the same character in the new series "Twin Peaks The Return" in 2017.
~STORY~.
Death comes to all of us.
One answer, arrived at by Lucky, a 90-year-old dour pragmatist.
Ninety-year-old Lucky, who has lived his whole life without believing in God, wakes up today in his apartment alone, drinking coffee and puffing on a cigarette. He drinks a Bloody Mary at his usual bar and spends his time with his regular customers. As he goes about his daily routine, he suddenly realizes that the end of his life is approaching, and he begins to think about "death. The darkness that frightened him as a child, the 100-year-old tortoise that left him, the crickets sold as "bait" - Lucky comes to realize "it" through conversations with the eccentric people of this small town.
