On Halloween, five carnival workers, men and women, are kidnapped and held captive in a huge abandoned building. All the doors and windows are closed and there is no escape for them. No, there is only one way left for them... to survive the crazy game called "31".
The mission was to survive for 12 hours against the attacking madmen. The Devils, a trio of crazy costumed individuals named Father Murder, Sister Serpent, and Sister Dragon. These three control all of "31". The five captives are turned into human pawns in a supremely dangerous game. Armed with crowbars, knives, and Merikensacks, they are forced to fight for their lives for 12 hours. Their opponents are The Heads, a group of murderous maniacs dressed as clowns. These monsters run around the facility, attacking anyone they find without mercy, and the 12 hours of hell begins. The Devils enjoy placing bets as they watch their pawns flee the scene. Each time one of their pieces is killed, the stakes rise and the game gets more exciting. There are no rules in this game; only those who survive the 12 hours are free.
