A high street brand from TokyoBEDWIN & THE HEARTBREAKERSA collaboration party with Michael Carney, art director of the garage rock band The Black Keys from Ohio, USA, will be held on Monday, April 16 at TRUNK(HOTEL) in Shibuya, Tokyo.
Michael Carney is a Nashville, TN-based artist and designer who has created album covers, posters, and flyers for The Black Keys' 2011 Grammy Award-winning album, as well as artwork for celebrities such as Dr. John, J. John Denver, Jr. Kimbrough, among others. Michael's work projects a variety of styles, methods, and techniques, giving it a unique presence.
In addition to his DJ performances, DJ Yellow, founder of Yellow productions, an independent Parisian record label, will also appear at this event, making the performance of this legendary figure who supported the Paris club scene in the 1990s a must-see.
Also appearing from Japan are Licaxxx and Manaha from The Antoinettes, both of which are supported by many young people.
