The concept store in Nakameguro, "BEST PACKING STORE()" and "()ALLEGECOLORS.inc, which produces brands such as LORINZA and LORINZA, will open a gallery space called COMPLEX BOOST.
Complex Boost" will focus on up-coming things, experimental and interesting things without boundaries, with a focus on contemporary artists, photographers, and various art forms that are active in Japan and abroad. What sets Complex Boost apart from other galleries is its belief in being a venue for "fashion".
The first project to kick off the opening will be an exhibition of photographs by Tokyo- and London-based photographer Yuichiro Noda titled "YUICHIRO NODA collaborate with ALLEGE. The exhibition will feature photographs of models wearing ALLEGE items in Paris and Tokyo.
The new "gallery," which weaves in elements of fashion that may be familiar to HOUYHNHNM's readers, will be an easy space to enter for those who are not familiar with art. We will keep an eye on future developments.
