I want to eat ramen" like Akiko Yano. But I'm on a diet, so I'm not going to eat ramen at ....... I have been repeating such a struggle every day, but the other day I received information about an event I heard about. The event is called "Yoga Tonkotsu.
I thought, "What a joke of a name," and when I checked the content, I found that it was an event to the effect that "if you want to eat ramen, why don't you do yoga before eating it to offset the calorie intake? The name is fanny, but I thought it would be perfect for me and took a leap of faith. I decided to participate in the event, even though I have no connection to yoga in my life!
This event has been held regularly in Osaka, and this is the first time it has been held in Tokyo. The event will be held at the "TokyoJOURNAL STANDARDThe event was held on Sunday, May 20, with the support of
The venue is called "Shibuya CastThe garden plaza at the "Ramen Noodles" event. I was determined to burn off the calories from my ramen noodles, so I started my yoga class!
The yoga instructor is a yogi based in Ibaraki City, Osaka,Matsubara's red rockfish (Sebastes matsubarae)Ms. Kayla. He led my first yoga session with his gentle guidance.
For a full hour, I breathed hard, assumed yoga postures, and, as expected, was drenched in sweat. But it was a very pleasant sweat, and I felt like it helped me to stretch out my body and relieve the stiffness in my shoulders. I have never experienced yoga indoors, but yoga in the sun felt great!
Then it is ramen time, the main event for me. Tonkotsu ramen was provided by ME-CHA-KU-CHA, a ramen restaurant in Osaka. While retaining the flavor and richness characteristic of tonkotsu ramen, it was not greasy and was a smooth and easy to eat dish. Thank you for the meal.
In addition, the event will be produced by "FAT CollegeThe day was filled with a lot of fun for both the stomach and the chest, with the sale of original goods by the "MARCH" team and a workshop on stenciling by artist ZENONE.
The next one is still undecided, but if it is held again, we may or may not go for ramen....
